oh man

holy cow. i just bought some makeup today. spent more on one thing then i've probly spent total on makeup in my whole life. i sure hope it looks all right. she picked it out for me, and it's got a gold tint, so i hope that works and it's not too orangey-gold. i don't like that look. i should have went with the pink tint maybe. oh well i guess. we'll see how it looks on for a day or something and decide from there. only problem is that i got it at macy's which means i'd have to drive all the way back down there to exchange it. blah. i think i kinda suckered myself inot buying it, so i could get the 'free gift'. but oh well i guess. i figure if i'm gonna wear it, i may as well get good stuff that is good with acne problems and stuff.

the whole reason we were down at the moa was to do the heart walk this morning. what a zoo. i mean seriously, they said 15,000 people were there for the walk. and it was nuts. parking was hard to find, it was hard to walk anywhere. you did not want to try walking against the crowd, as some were attempting.

i was going to try to look for birthday presents for jenean and my roommate while i was there, but kept forgetting, and didn't see anything that caught my eye anyways. so now i have no idea what to do, especially for my roommate. i've got a little time for her though. so we'll see.

my sister has talked me in to making her a scrapbook for her birthday, so we went out and she bought the book. we'll see if it gets done for her birthday or not, since i'm not starting it till who knows when this summer. plus she needs to go through and get me all the pictures she wants. so we'll see. should be fun though. i think it'd be fun to make it as a gift, because they'll be like oh wow, even though i might be like oh i could have made this page so much better if i had done this or something. but whatever. i'm excited.

well not much else going on at the moment. i think we're getting ready to grill some steaks, so i better get going. yum yum.
